· Early Identification & Intervention Programme - Early intervention therapy mainly focuses on the children between the age group of 0-6 years. It is a process of detecting, assessing, diagnosing and treating the children with developmental delay during the early phase. These services focus on prevention, remediation and treatment to foster all round development provided by a multi-disciplinary team of experts.
· Community Based Rehabilitation Programme – For social inclusion and main streaming of the Persons with Disabilities the organization visit the Persons with Disabilities at their door step and provide guidance, counseling and training to their parents and other community members and motivate them to look after the PWDs.
· Pre-Vocational and Vocational Training.
· Awareness, Counselling, Guidance & Advocacy Programme - to make the Persons with Disabilities self reliant and self dependent to live their lives with honour and dignit, we provide awareness, counselling, guidance and advocacy to them and their parents for the rights and entitlements of the PWDs according to the PWDs Act 1995.
· Special Olympics Type Games & Sports Training, Yoga, Music.
Hostel for Girls with Disabilities (Girls with Special Need)
To provide education and rehabilitation services to those Girls with disabilities belongs to very needy & poor families of far-flung rural areas of the distt. Chhindwara of Madhya Pradesh, the organization is running a Hostel for these girls with the support of State Education Centre & Distt. Education Centre under the project Sarva Siksha Abhiyan “SSA”. 50 Girls with special needs are taking complete hostel facilities with inclusive education, prevocational and vocational training, medical facility, school uniform and other required services etc. free of cost.

Aadhar Balika Grah (Home for Orphan & Destitute Daughters)
The children of today are the future of tomorrow. Every child, on provision of a conducive and an enabling environment, may blossom into an ever fragrant flower, to shine in all spheres of life. This reminds us of the onerous responsibility that we have to mould and shape their present conditions in the best possible way. The journey in the life cycle of a child involves the critical components of child survival, child development and child protection. Child survival entails their basic right of being born in a safe and non – discrimination environment and grows through the formative years of live in a healthy and dignified way. To help every child attain full growth as a decent human being and in shaping them as a responsible citizen, certain basic rights of child like proper and safe shelter, food, clothing, education, recreation, counseling, guidance and other referral services for children Aadhar Foundation has taken an initiative to establish a Shelter Home for Girls of 6-18 years.

Programme under Madhya Pradesh Jan Abhiyan Parishad
Under the banner “Make the Madhya Pradesh State green, happy and prosperous” the organization has launched the programme in rural areas to improve and facilitate the activities for better education, health, hygiene & cleaness, environment, vermi-compost agriculture, protection of water & energy, antidrug abuse, self reliant. The main aim of this programme is to improve the social, economic and mental status of ruralities by involving themselves and to make self reliant.
Programme for Women Development
The organization bridges the gap through various programmes as Family and Women Counselling, Awareness Generation Camps, Pulse Polio Immunization Camps, Reproductive Child Health Camps, Health and Hygiene Awareness Camps, Drive against Female Foeticides, to reduce MMR and IMR, Income Generation Programmes as per the social and local norms. They are also assisted for studies and rehabilitation through financial help by providing the study materials by organizing Job Oriented Trainings to make them aware of welfare schemes.

Child Development Programme
AADHAR FOUNDATION is committed for the holistic development of the children. To develop the moral values and create interest to wards the education among the rural children the organization organizes many programmes. Through awareness camps we trained the children regarding health, hygiene and sanitation to improve their health status.
Health Promotion Activities
The organization organizes Health camps and Health & Hygiene Awareness Programmes to create awareness among needy and poor people of rural and slum urban areas to protect them by diseases spread by dirtiness, unsafe and dirty water. We educate them to live their lives with sound health.
Welfare Programme for Elderly Persons
The organization is very much concerned at all levels with all affairs pertaining to the care to look after the elderly persons. The organization is collaborating the other social bodies, organizations to enhance their comfort-abilities by arranging good programmes to entertain the elderly people - Special Health Care Camps, Social Gatherings focusing the needs of elderly, distribution of sweets, seasonal dresses, eatable and other items of dire need for their comfortable life.
